Once a contract is signed we will take a short period of time to learn about you and your business. In this get to know you stage we will ask you specific questions which will help us understand your business model, business goals and core competencies. In many cases SME’s may have a marketing department already so conversations will bring in these stakeholders to find out what promotions they maybe working on and how we can tie these into our social media marketing plan. If you do not have a marketing plan we will develop a plan of action whether it be lead generation; call to sale or call to action.

If you already have social media accounts and profiles we will need access to these. If you do not; we will offer recommendations and create them for you.

The Silver package is the next logical step once a company sees the value and starts getting inquiries, traffic and engagement from the social web. The package also has custom content creation which is the heart and soul of the internet. When people say “Content is king” they are not lying.

Content is what people are looking for and what motivates purchases and builds authority and trust. The cost of this package is customized based on the needs of the client. On average it’s roughly double the cost of the Bronze package.

The Gold package is a serious increase in both content, relationship building and brand/Buzz monitoring with actions based on defined strategies. This package may have our editors writing unique blog posts, video creation and more. The Gold package offers social bookmarking, external blog commenting and unlimited social media profile management. This package is for a client who is ready to reap the rewards of the social web and gain a foothold in search results.
